Abstract
In this article infrastructure of support of a small and average entrepreneurship of four leading subjects of Siberian Federal District is exposed to the analysis. It is Altai Krai, the Kemerovo, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions. Turnover of medium and small business of the chosen subjects and average number of workers at the entities is considered. According to Rosstat investments into fixed capital, and also quantity of subjects to support of infrastructure are compared. The characteristic of domestic and foreign approaches to rating assessment of the external environment of an entrepreneurship is carried out.
