Abstract
On a material Belozerskih several letters relating to 30-40 years. XVI century. considered land dispute between the monastery and the Crow Desert Belozersky one of the landowners. Part One is devoted to the characterization of the plaintiff, the defendant, judges. This study allowed us to refine the size of the monastery possessions in 1644 and occupation of Prince II Kubensky in 1641.
