Abstract
In article the mechanism of release and the circulation of American depositary receipts on securities of the Russian issuers is in detail considered. The main participants of the market of depositary receipts are provided, and also the mechanism of interaction between them in the course of release and the circulation of depositary receipts is in detail described.
