Abstract
This article describes the main provisions of the critical analysis of the main strategies for Russian economy development, designed at the federal level. The obtained results allow to development the main proposals for strategic planning and forecasting in the context of economic, scientific and technological development and cooperation with partner countries of the BRICS and CIS.
