Abstract
In article general approaches to a risks assessment in case of implementation of project activities are considered. On the example of the project on implementation of an information system on production holding the risks assessment using the additive and multiplicative model providing decomposition of primary groups of risk factors and their analysis was carried out. The model allows to calculate probability of a successful completion of the project in the planned terms.
