Abstract
In the course of implementation of the investing activities any entity faces a question of the choice of investment objects, and the portfolio of real investment projects provides high rates of development of the company. In article special attention is paid to algorithms of construction of portfolio of real investments in the conditions of limitation of resources taking into account divisibility or indivisibility of the projects included in a portfolio.
