Abstract
The paper deals with the possible development strategy for the advanced development of territories celebrated their advantages and disadvantages. It is proposed as a promising strategy based on a synergistic approach and the cluster of hybridization of different industries, including large-scale industry, not only small and medium-sized businesses.
