Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the following circumstances:
Firstly, the fact that at the federal level, economic security enterprises, including the steel industry, it is absolutely not regulated;
Secondly, the development of the metallurgical industry, as one of the major industries in Russia's GDP is much depends on the economic security of enterprises in the metallurgical industry.
Thirdly, the need to combine different approaches to economical security companies will predict the strategic directions of the further development of enterprises in a very negative external economic trends.
