Abstract
Traditional educational system is slowly adapted to technological changes in the contemporary information-oriented world. Therefore the main aim of contemporary education is to prepare specialists who will be capable to take responsibilities in their decision, capable to creative critical thinking. Russia has problems in low ability of young specialists to take part in international projects. This problem can be explained by low level of Russian mobility and lack of learning hours. To solve this problem contemporary education must include independent self-learning to students can solve particular problems and reach goals by their own. This method is called blended learning. Blended learning can be defined as a method of teaching that combines the most effective face-to-face teaching techniques and online collaboration.
