Abstract
This article deals with key aspects of the interrelationship between Russia and China in the sphere of strategic cooperation in various areas, including partnership in the field of IT-technologies. The analysis of the assumptions and the possible consequences of such cooperation has been conducted for both countries in the context of their political and economic conditions. The article describes the possible ways of making an improvement in the economic relationship between Russia and China, especially by eliminating disproportions in the structure of innovative industrial manufacturing.
