Abstract
The article is devoted to management of organizational culture of the company.The role of organizational culture in the modern world is only increasing, and any successful company has formed clearly expressed, high and strong culture. The author considered the process of organizational culture development, depending on the level of the existing culture and the stage of development of the company.
