Abstract
At the moment, the Russian banking system is in an unstable state. Despite the support of the state and overcome the crisis, and most of its consequences, the banking sector remains damaged and is experiencing many difficulties. In order to increase its stability and prevent the Russian authorities in the shortest possible time necessary to solve some important problems, chief among which are improvement of banking legislation, consolidation of the banking sector, the creation of the Russian Federation of an attractive fiscal climate.
