Abstract
The article actualizes the need for monitoring the activities of educational institutions and regional resource centers of higher education for training of persons with disabilities and the HIA. A set of criteria, targets and indicators of inclusive assessment system of higher education, the basic components of a single complex. Given the conceptual rationale for the selection criteria from the perspective of foreign and Russian experience, as well as modern trends in the development of inclusive higher education.
