Abstract
One of the most interesting questions of modern numismatics emissions is to identify the individual. A study of the available Turkish and European sources, as well as a rich numismatic material from museums and private collections of Crimea, we found an association between the appearance of the documents in the Turkish names of the Crimean coins into circulation and entering new varieties of so-called kefe. We believe that our results will be interesting to archaeologists and numismatists who study the history of the Crimean Khanate.
