Abstract
The main strategic problem in the logistics warehousing, is the formation of a warehouse network, when the company creates optimal logistics system. On the one hand, such a system should provide a minimum cost of delivering cargo to the final consumer, and on the other - guaranteed service to every customer at the appropriate level for him.
