Abstract
The paper contemplates mass cultures introduce new forms of high cultures, that is technological and scientific more widely. The content of material of culture becomes more uniform. As a result of globalization processes high cultural concentration and mobility even more often provoke as cross-cultural collisions and the conflict of civilizations.
