Abstract
The article views the idea of establishing an agrobiological and power cluster, based on the agricultural commodity producers, in the Vologda district of the Vologda region. The idea suggests using three gas-turbine thermal power stations and agricultural biowaste to improve the fertility of soils and obtain ecologically clean production.
