Abstract
Given work analyses and characterizes the tourism in the Republic of Khakassia. The main directions of tourism, the analysis of each direction of given type of tourism are made. The purpose of article is to reveal the strong and weak sides of tourism activity, to determine the main trends of development of tourism-recreational activity. The result is the formulation of proposals for the development of tourism in Khakassia.
