Abstract
One of the key strategic priorities of socio-economic development of Russia is the formation of the national innovation system. The increasing role of innovative development model of economy has resulted in not only improvement of national legislation regulating issues of innovation infrastructure and, in particular, the legal status of technoparks, as one of its important elements, but active and multilateral international cooperation in this field.
