RESEARCH THE LIFT OF THE DOUBLE INFINITE-SPAN WING WITH A NACA-0012 PROFILE DEPENDING ON THE CHORD AND THE VERTICAL INTERVAL USING ANSYS CFX

Abstract
The article investigates aerodynamic lift of the double infinite-span wing with a NACA-0012 profile, depending on the geometric parameters such as the chord and the vertical interval between the bearing surfaces using the numerical methods in the Ansys CFX. The most favorable values of the vertical distance with a pitch of 0.05 m for the wing chord 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 m were selected. Research shows that the lift ceases to increase significantly when the ratio of the vertical interval to the chord of the wing from 1.05 to 1.6. It is connected with the fact that the adversely mutual effect of bearing surfaces of the wing is minimal at these values. The average error of methods is 22.73%.
