THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY OF PARTICIPANTS OF COMPETITION IN MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Abstract
In the above work, our focus is on studying the characteristics, through which specific actions achieved the highest result in extreme conditions in the MMA fights. Studied 100 fights MMA representatives of the highest level of achievement: Bellator (Championships 2004-2015) and the UFC (ultimate fighting from 2006 to 2015). It was found that for the shock technique in the lying position characterized by the predominant use of the right side of the hitting arm. In minisny extent used strikes the left side (hand) in the head followed by elbows, straight punches, bottom punches and knee kicks to various parts of the body athletes. We also obtained data concerning the activity of athletes in different positions (standing, lying) and figures seriation fighting athletes who konkretisiert and clarify the conditions that allows to obtain a more complete picture of an athlete in combat, in terms of participation in major competitions. The obtained data allow to specify the nature of victory (specific actions leading to early termination of the fight: the ball and its features, winning a series of strokes, etc.). These data can be the basis for creating an effective and entertaining manners of fighting athletes with the highest degree of achievements. Their study should be done by continuously energizing the ability of the athlete to the organization of the match.
