Abstract
In today's world of business relevant issues related to the formation and use of its own capital. The main factors influencing the strategy of Russian companies, are the duration of the global financial crisis and geopolitical instability. For successful implementation of the activity of the enterprise should properly manage its capital efficiently correlate with their own funds borrowed.
