Abstract
The article describes different ways to temporary splinting of teeth with chinaswamy devices and designs. The main purpose of the temporary splinting of teeth with the defeat of periodontal tissues is to combine and unloading with subsequent fixation of teeth in the presence of traumatic articulation formed or traumatic sites. In case losing more than 50% of periodontal tissues preserved periodontium is unable to compensate for is not only excessive, but also physiological load cause further destruction. Splinting devices and temporary structures allow to fix loose teeth and optimally redistribute the chewing load on the movable teeth, and those teeth, with enough preserved periodontal or teeth not involved in all acts of chewing food.
