Abstract
The article deals with one of the international regional guidance documents on the regulation of the situation of refugees - Bangkok Principles on the Status and Treatment of Refugees they developed the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization . It is noted that the provisions of the Bangkok Principles comply with modern international standards. A number of theses , distinguishing them from the norms of the universal instruments , due to regional characteristics.
