The article is devoted to one of the most important areas of human resource management - recruiting. Recruitment is a very important aspect of the management of any company. The article presents an analysis of modern recruitment techniques, identified their strengths and weaknesses. Particular attention is paid to the use and features of Headhunting technology. Search capabilities are considered potential candidate resume on the Internet via the website and SuperJob. The study revealed a low-budget, and the fastest of recruitment technologies such as resёching and screened separately.
