Abstract
The paper indicated by the problem of accumulation of large amounts of information , the definition of «Big Data», addresses the need for knowledge management in business processes as well as data processing problems , knitted not only to the processing of information, but also to the lack of qualified personnel , and accuracy of setting goals.
