Abstract
The article discusses the functioning of the public Fund "Protection of citizens", which is currently modernized its telecommunications system to improve the efficiency of reception of complaints and requests from citizens of the city, as well as follow-up to requests of citizens. The article describes the organization of the local area network at the Foundation, introduction of electronic document management system, a modern automatic telephone exchange, etc., which increased the service of citizens, and to take effective measures.
