Abstract
This article is devoted to the urgent problem of our time – the study of leadership potential of students in the educational process through a diagnosis of communication and organizational tendencies. The author revealed the specifics of communication and managerial aptitudes, analyzed scientific approaches to understanding them, proved the importance of the formation and development of leadership skills for the younger generation. It presents the results of the diagnostic communication and organizational aptitudes of students on an example of the Research and Education Center.
