Abstract
The article deals with peculiarities of teaching of section "Modeling and formalization" in the school course of Informatics, Amateur methods of teaching the basics of computer simulation generated and tested in science lessons at school. The authors formulate the principles of selection models, especially work in different software environments, are examples of algorithms for real tasks in modeling that you can use when teaching this topic.
