Abstract
This work is the review process in the modern period the sustainable aspirations against numerous processes and including the subsequent improvement on the example of the educational system, as in the example of Russia and foreign countries. The international cooperation in the field of education occupies currently significant enough consideration as many educational institutions pursue follow-up goal in the example further establishing positive contacts in international relations with a natural development in the provision of services in the field of education. Based on the foregoing, we come to the argument for further detailed study enough on the example of international cooperation in the field of education, which at the moment has the appearance of a foreign policy not only by the example of the Russian Federation, but also for example many foreign countries States. Based on all of this is quite relevant question for subsequent more detailed consideration.
