Abstract
This article provides an overview of the oil and gas industry in Siberia and the Russian Far East, the state program of development of the industry, socio-economic, political and administrative measures subjects the oil and gas industry in Siberia and the Far East and the state to create a favorable investment climate and the impact of measures on the external economic policy in the Asia-Pacific region. The study suggests that the government and oil and gas companies is a complex of measures on development of the industry, the regions and the creation of a favorable investment climate, but the measures undertaken are not enough.
