Abstract
In article advantages of vitagenny technology of training in development of engineering culture of future engineers are marked out. Engineering culture trained are the personal and professional qualities of the expert reflecting the level of development of professional and engineering competence, mastering technological, design, administrative abilities characterizing his readiness for rational implementation of engineering activity.
