Abstract
This article discusses the definition of concepts such as banking, banking products and banking services. We give them the differences, classification, history of origin. Also highlights the theme of modern electronic banking services on an example of the remote maintenance systems. It is told about the risks arising from their use, methods and tools for major risky situations in the field.
