Abstract
Administrative justice is an essential organic element of the Institute of administrative justice, about the need of existence of which now do not argue not only scientists, but also politicians and legislators. Meanwhile, in theory and in practice still remains a lot of discussion of issues relating to administrative procedure. This article outlines the author's judgment with regard to individual issues of administrative procedure in the arbitration process.
