Abstract
This article focuses on the use archetypes of a Swiss philosopher Carl Gustav Jung in practice. This study allows the use of the term "archetype" in the organization of production. This perspective is multifaceted. The authors made an attempt to consider the construction of the archetypes of the railway transport management.
