Abstract
An assessment of the Russian heat networks in terms of their energy efficiency and reliability. The results of theoretical and practical research of thermal insulation performance polyurethane and penopolimermineral under underground laying heating network. Here are described the basic problems of use penopolimermineral as thermal insulation of pipes preventing using in the heating system.
