Abstract
This article deals with the problem of motivation to succeed was identified as a human desire to achieve good results in a variety of activities and communication and avoidance of failures as a sustainable human desire to avoid failure in life situations related to the evaluation of its activities and communication, given the concept of motive and motivation. The article analyzer the approaches the interpretation of the motivation, empirically identified motivation to achieve success and avoid failure.
