Abstract
In the first part of this work is carried out exploration and evaluation of the object being studied, which allow at this stage, to innovate and to evaluate them in terms of implementation and achievement of goals. The main objective of the second part of this work is to determine what innovations are needed and how it should be carried out every one of them.
