Abstract
This article will address issues which are discussed enough globally in a given time period on example of rational development process with regard to the Asian-Pacific countries. Subsequent regulation of international processes on background factors of migration did not have a specific type in a positive way because experienced many ups and downs. And in a further consideration of the assumption that transboundary migrations may increase in the coming years, the migration process APR.
