Abstract
The article analyzes the role, place and impact of the creation of a corporate portal in the organization. In the study, the authors define the efficiency of the corporate portal as an innovative approach to employee motivation. It substantiates the idea that staff motivation is effective when it is directed at the needs of employees, who may meet by working with corporate portal.
