This article deals with the problems of domestic IT developers in implementing their own solutions to the domestic market of Russia. The dynamics of the Russian market of information technologies for the years 2008-2015. A brief description of the largest Russian IT companies in 2014. Identified and justified problems and prospects of development of the IT industry in Russia.
