Abstract
In article the description of relevance of a problem of monitoring and diagnostics hardware and the software of computer equipment is provided. This paper describes a new approach to the maintenance of computer equipment. The description of a possible method for monitoring and diagnostics hardware and the software of computer equipment is provided. Basic elements and key indices of operability of a base unit of the computer are considered.
