Abstract
The article approaches the national legislator to coercion understanding within the latest codified normative legal act of the Russian Federation - the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, addressed issues of of polysemy of the legislator coercion in within the specified legal act proposed to the attention of the properties and characteristics of coercion within the meaning of the Code.
