Abstract
The relevance of the work identified the need to accumulate the basic principles of PR, in order to use their implementation as a means of achieving effective results in public relations activities. Principles of PR in a variety of areas are similar in many respects, but different goals often. Depending on the scope of PR has certain specifics: business; in public administration; professional associations; non-profit organizations; in the field of education; in politics; in sports and entertainment. Overall PR functions in all areas of society, as they reflect the principles unimportant human aspirations: "to be open and understandable for a broad cooperation in an atmosphere of mutual goodwill."
