Abstract
The article presents the updated model the concepts of "socialization", "self-realization" in the context of modern ideas and practices of pedagogy of physical culture and sports. Detailed features of socialization and self-realization of students involved in snowboarding, is represented in the principles of socialization and self-realization, system imaging capabilities using modern achievements of scientific and pedagogical thought in the formulation and solution of problems and contradictions of the training process.
