Abstract
The authors provide a critical analysis of the changes in the production stage of a criminal case, note the white space of the criminal procedure law in the regulation of the procedure for receiving and processing an explanation when checking incoming messages about the crime. The authors propose to give the investigator (the investigator) the right to conduct interrogation in a stage of excitation of criminal case.
