Abstract
The paper drawn outlines of the modern scientific picture of the world with a focus on a key role in its concept of global evolutionism. It is in line with the latter may be – without recourse to teleology and (therefore) natural theology – explained the laws, fixed term «anthropic cosmological principle». Those, in the context of the global evolutionism and the parameters of the universe that are consistent with the conditions necessary for the appearance of a person in it, and «those responsible for it» features the man himself, considered as a consequence of a single cause, namely, the progressive development of the universe. In light of this understanding of nature as a self-organizing system of complex evolutionary changes regularly and the role of the person who starts to realize the connection of their past and the future with the past and future of the universe.
