Abstract
Testing, as a form of knowledge control, is gaining popularity, both in schools and in higher education. One of its main advantages - it is the rational use of working time. Testing can be used both during boundary control and current control. However, the process of creation of database of test tasks is complex and time consuming. This article is devoted to the development of test tasks on discipline Computer Science. It includes a description of the main steps of creating a bank of test tasks, the types of test tasks, the calculation of the optimal time of testing, evaluating results. The examples and describes the features of the development of the tests with regard to the discipline of Computer Science.
