The article analyzes the impact of the economic situation in Russia on the construction industry and the provision personnel provision in the building industry in modern conditions. Analyzed staffing problems of the construction sphere. As well as presents solutions to the staffing problems within the organization and the industry as a whole. Characterized possible time step resolving the issue of provision of personnel by the enterprises.
