Abstract
This article is concerned with the notion of corporate project management system and touches upon the benefits of its implementation in order to improve the functioning of a modern company. The author describes the main components of the system, stages and mechanism of its creation in the organization. The study suggests that the implementation of corporate management system allows the company to optimize resources, reduce costs and improve management of the company projects.
